All our packaging is shipped in biodegradable packaging which can be composted in your home compost - the worms will love you! For all big orders, we reuse boxes that have been sent to us by our suppliers.

deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 working days.
All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, Australia post will issue a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest local post centre. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Orders placed before 1pm AEST will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during busy sale periods.
Deliveries are are made during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 9-5pm.
Tracking comes will all purchases. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email. In the event that no one is able to sign for your parcel, the courier will leave a card for you to make a collection from the nearest Post Office.
Returns
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please read our terms carefully before placing your order to avoid disappointment, as by shopping with us you are agreeing to the following policy, along with the ACCC guidelines. We provide the following return options:
CREDIT NOTE: A credit note for your original order amount (excluding any paid postage) to use at any time within the next 6 months. This will be issued as an online gift card, where you will be emailed a unique code to enter upon checkout. Returns must be made within 14 days of placing your order and the cost of return is at the customers expense.
REFUND: A refund is possible for full priced items only. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment, and will exclude any paid postage. Full priced items must be returned within 7 days of placing your order - this is a STRICT policy and any returns not made within the 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.
EXCHANGE: Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we currently cannot facilitate exchanges. If you would like to return your item for another size or style, please lodge your request for a credit note to make a new purchase. If you need your item urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you or hold your new item for you. Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer.
Items purchased during a promotional sale or via welcome code where a discount has been applied at checkout (manually or automatically), can only be returned for an online credit note (valid for 6 months). The total amount credited will be minus original shipping charges.

Before returning your order, please make sure the items are returned new, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached.Returns will not be accepted if they don’t meet our returns policy.
Return shipping must be pre-paid and a trackable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
All you need to do is email mudgee@be-spokeboutique.com or fill out a contact form on our website and we will then provide you with a Returns Authorisation number (RA) and outline all the details.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at mudgee@be-spokeboutique.com with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer deems your item faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow 1 week processing time).
*Please note: if it has been more than 1month of purchase OR if you have worn &/ washed your item, we can not offer a replacement or exchange. Unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer. Faults with products are at the discretion of the manufacturing company (brand) and will only be accepted as per there guidlines.
We have extended our returns policy to accomodate this time of year and the gift giving season. All purchases made from the 1st December, will be eligible for exchange or store credit up until the 14th January.

Layby T&C's
Layby is offered in store to approved customers only.
Term
Layby is available on a 4 week term and must be paid in full.
Collection date
Laybys must be collected by finalisation date printed on the receipt.
Minimum Value
Layby is available on purchases of $150 or more.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit of the total layby is required as an initial payment.
Payments
Payment must be made for the goods in at least two or three instalments. Regular fortnightly payments must be made and you will not receive the goods until the full price has been paid.
Cancellation
Failure to make payments when they are due or collect laybys by the due date will be treated as cancellation of the layby by the customer. In these instances, the customer will be entitled to store credit of the monies paid, less a termination fee of 25% non-refundable deposit. Customers will need to return in store with their original layby receipt in order to cancel and refund their layby. Cancellations of laybys without good reason will result in being declined for future laybys and will be made by the discretion of the Manager.
Exclusions
Layby is not available on discounted and sale items.
Tender
Refunds for layby payments will be refunded by Store Credit. Gift Card cannot make deposits or payments. A record of payments transaction history will always be available for both the merchant and buyer, recording all amounts paid to-date and the date and value of all future pending payments as per your agreed layby policy. Individual items may not be added, removed or separated from a layby.
Identification/Privacy
You are required to give your Full Name, Address, Email Address and Phone Number when setting up a layby. This will not be used for any other purposes, other than contacting you. Information collected for a layby transaction will be used for the purpose of processing your layby and to send reminders via letter, SMS or email.
