If your purchase is not right we can offer you an exchange or credit note less your postage charge. Returns must be sent within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
No refunds given for change of mind purchases, including incorrect size chosen or incorrect colour chosen. We will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair. In the event of a item being faulty, we will try to repair the garment or replace it if we have another.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Purchase is final for swimwear, all accessories, skincare and candles. No returns or exchanges accepted.
Order cannot be cancelled once you have checked out.
An additional postage charge of $15 will need to be paid to send any new orders.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Before returning your order, please make sure the items are returned new, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if they don’t meet our returns policy.
Return shipping must be pre-paid and a trackable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.

Store Credit notes are valid for 3 months after the date of issue. Store Credit notes can be redeemed on full price clothing only.
We offer Afterpay and ZipPay for purchases. Any purchases made using Afterpay/Zip Pay can not be returned for a refund, ONLY exchange or store credit will be accepted.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
All you need to do is email email@example.com or fill out a contact form on our website and we will then provide you with a Returns Authorisation number (RA), and outline all the details.
