Returns + Exchanges
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products for return that are intimates or swimwear.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and without tags.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will be subject to our team.
All sales on items on sale are final. We do not accept returns unless there is a fault. We can offer exchanges only, but please contact us first to check that we have the item you're after in stock.
If you wish to return in-store, you will be provided store credit for use at your discretion.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
All you need to do is email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will then provide you with a Returns Authorisation number, and outline all the details.
