If your purchase is not right, we can offer you an exchange for credit note less your postage charge. Returns must be sent within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
No refunds given for change of mind purchases, including incorrect size chosen or incorrect colour chosen. We will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair. In the event of an item being faulty, we will try to repair the garment or replace it if we have another available.
Purchase is final for swimwear, all accessories, skincare and candles. No returns or exchanges accepted.
Order cannot be cancelled once you have checked out and an additional postage charge will need to be paid to send any new orders.

Return shipping must be pre-paid and a trackable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.

Due to the limited nature of our styles, we cannot facilitate exchanges. If you would like to return your item for another size or style, please lodge your request for a credit note to make a new purchase.

We offer Afterpay and ZipPay for purchases. Any purchases made using Afterpay/Zip Pay cannot be returned for a refund, ONLY store credit will be accepted.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
All you need to do is email firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out a contact form on our website and we will then provide you with a Returns Authorisation number (RA) and outline all the details.
